Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Supplementation that has been shown to help the symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome includes:
-Vitamin B6, preferably in the form Pyridoxyl 5ʹ Phosphate (P5P.) Dosage is 50-200 milligrams per day.
-Magnesium Glycinate or Citrate. Dosage is 300 milligrams per day. This may also reduce the frequency and intensity of muscle cramps especially those of the leg. Without any noticeable gastro-intestinal side effects.
-Zinc. Dosage is 50-100 milligrams per day. Zinc will help the body heal muscles, tendons and ligaments. It will also enhance immune function.
Studies have shown these supplements will improve carpal tunnel symptoms when taken for a period of 4 weeks.
